In a building like an escape room with my mum and some random families.... Suddenly this boy became two of him and the second him walked in. Freaked me out and then mi said to my mum let's go she said wait... So we stayed and then I kept hearing random sounds in this building.... By the end of it I heard sounds when we were outside like at a graveyard and we turned a corner and there was someone stood there I said see... Then I heard something and I turned around and there was someone behind us looking all cut up and zombie like and I said I told you there's fucked up shit going on around here and I screamed and woke up from my dream scared.
Dreaming of an escape room scenario, especially with family and strangers, often symbolizes feeling trapped or challenged in your waking life. The presence of your mother in the dream suggests a need for guidance or emotional support as mothers often represent comfort, security, and nurturing.
The "boy who became two" could symbolize confusion or a dilemma you're facing - perhaps a situation where things aren't what they seem, or something that looks straightforward but has hidden complexities. It can also represent feeling overwhelmed by unexpected changes or the duplicitous nature of a situation or relationship.
Hearing random sounds in the building, which indicate the unknown and unexpected surprises, heightens the atmosphere of unease and anxiety. This can reflect your subconscious alerting you to be attentive to hidden issues or emotions in your life that you’ve been ignoring or are unaware of.
Transitioning from being inside a building to a graveyard setting is significant. Graveyards often symbolize transition, loss, or endings. Encountering zombified figures might relate to feeling haunted by past experiences, unresolved issues, or the fear of losing control over a situation. It can indicate a feeling of stagnation or a fear of not being able to escape a particular circumstance or emotional state. Zombies specifically may symbolize exhaustion or a part of your life that feels lifeless.
Finally, your mother's disregard to leave despite your urge to do so could represent your conflict between adhering to responsibilities or safe choices and your instinct or desire for change or to flee from stressful situations.
Overall, this dream suggests a time in your life where you're feeling anxious and uncertain, needing support but simultaneously wanting to escape the anxiety or discomfort around you. You're aware of undercurrents of 'messed up' aspects in a real situation that you're trying to confront or understand. Your scream and fearful awakening denote the intensity of these feelings and your urgent need for acknowledgment and resolution in waking life. It might be helpful to address any underlying anxiety and consider what changes you might need to make to feel more secure and in control.
